- “PIVARA” (Brewery) from Skopje (represented the interest of the purchaser Hellenic Bottling Company from Athens and its subsidiary company in Cyprus);

Project "Magyar Telekom/Macedonian Telecommunications AD ", internal investigation of the complete data in Macedonian Telekom AD

Legal advising of the client company "Magyar Telekom” related to examination of the Macedonian law regulations and advising regarding all aspects of processing and transferring of the personal data abroad and assistance with the logistics of the investigation of the entire data in the Macedonian Telecommunications AD (this is affiliate company of Magyar Telekom in Macedonia) in the Republic of Macedonia.

This project is worked together with the international legal adviser White & Case LLP from Paris, France.

opinion regarding the necessary changes and amendments to the Agreement text

Legal advising of the client Bickhardt Bau AG from Germany, in connection with the project "Sun City" regarding the selling of the construction land in property of the Republic of Macedonia, legal advising regarding preparing and submitting of the GUP and DUP (General Urban Plan and Detail Urban Plan), preparing of the contract for selling of the construction land, and negotiations with the Government for realizations of the Project.

Representing clients in front of International Arbitration Courts

Representing interests of the Defendant Company Rudine MM from Skopje in the law suit of the Claimant Glencore International AG from Baar, Switzerland for the claim in amount of USD 40.758,33. This law suit was terminated with complete success for our client, the claim of the Claimant was rejected with award of the Arbitration court.

In front of the Vienna Arbitration Court

Representing interests of the Claimant – Company Michels Medizintechnik from Germany against the Defendant Company DOOEL Bitola Promet from Bitola for unpaid debt in amount of EUR 80.000,- plus caused damages in amount of EUR 14.952,40. Until present in this arbitration procedure the main claim in total amount of EUR 80.000,- has been totally accepted by award of the Arbitration court. Regarding the rest of the claim (on caused damages) the arbitration procedure is still running.

2007
Representing interests of the Claimant – Company Esarom Essenzenfabrik Ges.m.b.H from Austria against the defendants Mr. Saso and Ljupco Genadiev from Tetovo and the Company Nasto International import-export DOO from Tetovo, Macedonia for unpaid debt in amount of EUR 184.179,-. This arbitration procedure has recently started and is currently running.
